Saint Paul Parks and Recreation continues to be open and accessible while the City of Saint Paul is actively responding to a digital security incident. This incident is temporarily impacting access to some internal systems and online services, including some phone lines and internet services within our facilities.
We want you to know:
- To reach Saint Paul Parks and Recreation by phone, please call our main line at 651-266-6400. We will assist in ensuring your call is routed appropriately.
- You may also continue to contact us via email at ParksCustomerService@ci.stpaul.mn.us for general inquiries or Forestry@ci.stpaul.mn.us for tree related inquiries.
- All recreation centers remain operational with minimal disruption. Scheduled programming and access to facilities remain available.
- Como Park Zoo and Conservatory is open and can be reached by phone at 651-487-8201.

Swimming and Water Sports
Explore our beautiful lakes, rivers, and award-winning aquatics facilities. We offer many ways to enjoy the water. These include:
- Year-round adult and youth swimming lessons
- Free summer swimming lessons for children and teens
- Water aerobics, water walking, and open swim
- Sailing, rowing, and paddling classes
- Boat rentals on many of our lakes and river
Join us in learning important water safety skills, and stay active in our pools, lakes, and river.

Sports and Recreation

Swimming Pools, Beaches, and Splash Pads
Visit one of our world-class aquatics facilities. These include:
- Two outdoor aquatic facilities (seasonal)
- One indoor aquatic facility (year-round)
- Public swimming beach
- Three splash pads
Our swimming beach and splash pads are located in public parks. These facilities are free.
Visit one of our indoor or outdoor aquatics facilities for a daily fee, or buy an all-access membership. These facilities are open to both Saint Paul residents and visitors.
