June 2, 2022 - Construction has started in the north pavilion parking lot and demolition and grading is currently underway. The North pavilion lot will be closed immediately following the striping of the south lot for demolition and reconstruction.

May 13, 2022 - Construction activities continue in the south parking lot. Curbs are in and paving should be complete by the end of next week.  Trail closure along the west lakeshore of Como Lake is extended to May 18 due to recent storm events.  The North pavilion lot will be closed immediately following the striping of the south lot for demolition and reconstruction.

April 29, 2022 - Construction activities continue in the south parking lot including excavation for a new stormwater basin, preparing subbase material for parking lot surfacing, and shoreline work for a non- motorized boat launch. Trail closure along the west lakeshore of Como Lake will occur May 2-13.  Stormwater pipe work will impact 2 parking spaces for 1-2 days each in the north lot and golf course lot. Please see the trail detour map for more information.

April 22, 2022 - Construction activities continue in the south parking lot including demolition, excavation for a new stormwater basin, and regrading of subbase material will proceed the week of April 25. The north lot and golf course lot are open as usual. Additional parking is available on picnic hill (accessible by the north lot) and at the Butterfly Lot.

April 12, 2022 - Construction will start in the south parking lot beginning the week of April 18 (weather pending). The parking lot will be closed during construction and expected to reopen in early June 2022. Following completion of the south lot, construction on the north parking lot will begin. The north lot is expected to be closed for the month of June while construction is underway. The golf course lot will be closed for construction after Labor Day, on September 6, 2022. It will reopen when construction is complete by early November (pending weather and no unforseen issues).
