Project Overview
City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation is updating the multi-use trail at Mounds Maintenance facility. Scope of work includes regrading, paving, and landscape improvements. This project is funded through the Department of Natural Resources 2025 Local Trail Connections Program and Saint Paul's Capital Improvements Budget.
