Saint Paul Pedestrian Plan
The Saint Paul Planning City Council adopted the Saint Paul Pedestrian Plan on June 5, 2019. This plan is the culmination of over two years' effort and contributions from 4,000 community members.

Minnesota law requires drivers to stop for people crossing the street at intersections. Saint Paul Public Works coordinates closely with the Saint Paul Police Department to raise awareness of the crosswalk law and to teach safe behaviors to pedestrians and drivers. Learn more:
