Storage Container Permit Information

1. Application

   To apply for a storage container permit, contact the Right of Way office at 651-266-6151 or PW-ROWpermits@ci.stpaul.mn.us. 

2. Fees

   • A single storage container up to 20 feet in length is $7 per day, except downtown.
   • A single storage container up to 20 feet in length is $14 per day in the downtown in non-metered areas.
   • For locations at parking meters, contact the Right of Way office at 651-266-6151 or PW-ROWpermits@ci.stpaul.mn.us for parking meter hooding and cost estimate.
