City of Saint Paul is experiencing system issues. Public Works phones are not currently working and responses to phone calls may be delayed. To submit a request, question, or concern to Public Works, please use the online form.

Keeping Saint Paul's streets in good repair is a challenge because of the extremes of Minnesota weather, especially the freeze-thaw cycles during winter, which can damage streets and cause potholes to form.

The Street Maintenance Division maintains City streets by repairing potholes and cracks, seal coating, sweeping, and resurfacing (mill and overlay). The division is also responsible for snow plowing and removal on the City's streets, public walks and bridge walks.

To report any street maintenance issue, call 651-266-9700.

To report potholes, please email potholes@ci.stpaul.mn.us
