Why Was My Collection Missed?

Here are some issues that might prevent your garbage and recycling from being collected:

  • Time: Carts not out by 6 a.m.
  • Placement: Carts too close to each other or other structures.
    • Must have three feet of clearance on all sides.
    • Must be less than four feet from the curb or alley edge.
  • Contamination: Items that don't belong in carts.
  • Overflow: Cart is overflowing with the lid open.

To ensure we're able to collect your waste and recycling, please follow all collection day instructions.
