What's New in OFS

You can now pay your assessments online by E-Check. It’s easy, convenient, secure, fully automated – and it’s free. Visit the Payment Options page for more details on E-check and other payment options available.

The City Council adopted the 2016 City Operating and Capital Budgets on December 16th, 2015. Information on the 2016 Adopted Operating and Capital Budgets as well as the 2016 Proposed budgets are available on the Office of Financial Services' Budget webpages.

The City Council also adopted the 2016 Saint Paul Public Library Agency Budget on December 16th. When available, information on the Library's 2016 Adopted Budget will be posted on the Library Budget Webpage.
