Saint Paul Investor Relations Website
The City of Saint Paul's Treasury has launched a new investor relations page. The Treasury Division manages all City financing needs, including investor communications for the City and related entities.
Saint Paul Open Budget
Saint Paul's budget is now available as part of the Open Budget initiative.
Mayor Melvin Carter proposed the City's 2019 Budget on August 9, 2018. The City Council adopted the 2019 budget on December 12, 2018. Information on the 2019 Budget and prior year budgets can be found on the Office of Financial Services' Budget webpages.
