Detour as of 9/4/25: Rice Street is OPEN north of Arlington Ave.
- From the south, use Maryland Ave, go north on Jackson St, turn left onto Arlington Ave, turn right onto Rice St.
- From the north, use Rice St directly from Larpenteur Ave or Wheelock Pkwy.

About Rice and Arlington Batting Cages
The Rice and Arlington Batting Cages include four pitching stations equipped for baseball and softball.
- Baseball - speeds from 40, 50, 60, and 70 mph
- Fastpitch softball - speeds from 40, 50, and 60 mph
- Slowpitch softball
