Saint Paul Parks and Recreation employees, City of Saint Paul Departments, and outside organizations who are seeking promotional assistance from the Parks and Recreation marketing and communications team may fill out this request form.  

In order to be considered, the program or event must align with the mission and vision of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation and the City of Saint Paul. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, submitting this form does not guarantee your program or event will receive promotional assistance. Marketing staff will contact you if your request has been granted.

(List as many activities as possible, whether any food will be provided, and any other helpful information, such as ADA accessibility, rain or shine event, restrooms availability, recommended clothing, etc.) 
(Please include all dates, times, and locations of your program or event. Be sure to note any days your program will not be in session. i.e. holidays, no-school days.)
(If all ages are welcome, but the program is best suited for certain ages, please make a note above. For example: a holiday party where all ages are welcome, but the activities are best suited for 12 and under.)
(If online or phone registration is available, please list all registration links and phone numbers. If this is a drop in activity and no registration is required, write "drop-in".)
