Ash trees will continue to be identified throughout the city’s parklands for removal. The majority of ash trees in maintained turf areas (e.g.: in picnic areas, or near play grounds) have been removed, however some are being treated and will remain for the foreseeable future. The City is will continue scheduling the removal of ash trees in unmaintained areas of parkland as they are identified.
