Second: Fill Out an Application
The permits below are for private events with less than 1,000 people (weddings, company picnics, etc.) Large Private and Public events (over 1000 people) require an Event Grounds Permit, which can be obtained by calling Harriet Island at (651) 292-7010.
Rental Rates are listed in the permits below. As event details are confirmed Harriet Island Staff will determine the base rental fee and any additional fees based on the following factors (but not limited to): type of event, load in and load out requirements, activities during event, stress on and impact to park grounds, etc.City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreations staff reserves the right to determine the final rental fee based on event details as they are determined.
Saint Paul residents may reserve a date 13 months in advance, non-residents 12 months in advance.
