Overview
Upper Landing Park is located on Shepard Road and Chestnut, on the north side of the Mississippi River, near the Science Museum. This beautiful location is great for company picnics on the lawn, wedding ceremonies near the fountain, family reunions and
many other events.

Reservations and Rentals
2010 reservations will be accepted the first business day in
January 2010.

You may place your reservation over the telephone at (651) 292-7010 with payment by credit card or you may mail in your permit with
payment by check to the address below.

Please do not bring or drop off applications to the address below, our offices are located off site.

Harriet Island Regional Park, known to host festivals and other large events, is directly across the River. We do not allow event rentals at Upper Landing Park when a large event is scheduled at Harriet Island Regional Park.

Rental Rates are listed in the permits below. As event details are confirmed Upper Landing Park Staff will determine the base rental fee and any additional fees based on the following factors (but not limited to): type of event, load in and load out requirements, activities during event, stress on and impact to park grounds, etc.
