Located in the heart
of the historic Rondo neighborhood of
Saint Paul and reconstructed from Oxford/ Jimmy Lee Recreation Center
built in the 1960’s,
the new Jimmy Lee Recreation Center
& Great River Water Park will continue
to play a vital role in the community. 


The comprehensive community center that combines water park features and state of the art recreation and fitness amenities, Oxford Community Center will strive to serve its Saint Paul residents while also welcoming visitors from outside Saint Paul.
