Nixle is free (standard cell provider text message rates apply for those who chose to receive text alerts).
The service is simple to use, reliable, and the information Nixle delivers comes directly from the Saint Paul Police Department.

Community Policing Survey
As part of the Saint Paul Police Departments continuing efforts to learn and improve our services, we are asking for community and stakeholder feedback through participation in an anonymous online survey. It is our goal to get as much feedback as possible from our varied and diverse constituents, including: residents, business owners, those work or visit Saint Paul, community organizations, city employees, and members of the police department.
The information obtained in the survey is extremely useful to our community policing efforts and helps us in establishing departmental priorities and initiatives.
