Nardos joined the Right Track team in January 2020. Over the past 15 years she has experience working in college access, special education, community based programs, as well as youth employment. Most recently, she worked with Roseville Area Schools Community Education as a District OST Coordinator. Nardos earned her Bachelor's in Social Work with a concentration in American, Racial & Multicultural Studies from St. Olaf College and her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a focus in Program Development, Policy and Administration from Augsburg University. In her free time Nardos loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Xue graduated from Hamline University Fall of 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. For the past two summers, Xue has worked with Right Track as a Job Coach. Just recently, Xue joined the team as Full-Time all year-round job coach. On her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, go fishing and play video games.

Sarah graduated from the University of Minnesota spring of 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She joined the Right Track team the summer of 2018 as a job coach. In the fall of 2018, she permanently joined the team as a management assistant. She loves Saint Paul and going to community events and festivals, she especially loves the Twin Cities Veg Fest. She is enthusiastic to work with the Right Track program as well as building a strong connection within her community.

Rawnson Ivanoff

Rawnson started in Right Track as a YJ2 intern in 2017. As an intern, Rawnson was able to practice graphic design and work at multiple levels of government. In 2021, Rawnson was part of Right Track's first User Experience Academy cohort and received a certificate in UX Design. Now, Rawnson helps create promotional materials for both Right Track and City of Saint Paul Parks HR.

Carlo Franco
Youth Engagement and Training Coordinator

Carlo has worked with the City of Saint Paul since 2013 in various capacities including coordinating the Saint Paul Youth Commission, serving the East Side as a Recreation Director and as a Job Coach with the Right Track Team and is excited to re-join the Right Track team as the Youth Engagement and Training Coordinator. He also has many years of experience working for Saint Paul Public Schools as a Restorative Practices Coordinator leading Youth Equity Leadership Initiatives and Behavior Intervention Management at Humboldt High School in addition to serving as the President of the West Side Boosters Youth Sports Non-Profit since 2019. He has a passion for Saint Paul and works to ensure every role he serves within the City is equity driven, meaningful and contributes to making Saint Paul the best City in the Nation. Carlo is a first-generation college graduate, earning his bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology & Leadership from the University of Minnesota.

Nico Morseth

Nico joined the Right Track team in August of 2022 as the Youth Engagement and Training Program Specialist. Prior to Right Track, Nico started with the city of Saint Paul as a Right Track Intern in 2014 and has worked with the Parks and Recreation department ever since. In Nico's free time, he likes to watch sports and hang out with friends.

Rocky Vang

Rocky has been with the City of St Paul for seven years. His first job was with the City of St Paul, he started as a YJC worker back in 2011! With the City of St Paul, Rocky was able to work and volunteer with many different departments, he has worked with the operations department and provided safety to many of the City’s property and in the past three years, he has volunteered with various rec centers and helped with holiday events, he was Santa Claus once! Rocky has now joined the Right Track team and brings with him his passion of wanting to work for the wonderfully diverse communities of St. Paul and the wealth of knowledge he gained working with the City and its communities.

Haley Vien

Haley is excited to be officially joining the Right Track team as a Youth & Community Program Specialist! She recently graduated from Macalester College with a bachelor's in American Studies as a first-generation college student. She is no stranger to the work that Right Track has been doing since she was an intern with Right Track since February 2022 and would become a job coach that summer. Haley has also been an intern for the Saint Paul Youth Commission since 2020 and can not wait to continue to support youth that are standing up, speaking out, and leading!
