Small Business Support Organization COVID-19 Grants

The City of Saint Paul approved $3.5 million of federal CARES Act funding for the provision of economic support in connection with the COVID-19 public health emergency. Small business support organizations including business associations, chambers of commerce, and community development organizations that serve small businesses are eligible for a grant of up to $15,000. The City of Saint Paul has partnered with SPEDCO, a local, non-profit business finance organization, to administer the Small Business Support Organization COVID-19 grants.

Additional grants administered by the City of Saint Paul are available for live music venues, movie theaters, and food halls
