Zoning text amendments pertaining to Solar and Wind Energy will be presented at City Council for public comment at a date yet to be determined. The proposed amendments will establish wind energy installations in all zoning districts, regulated as an accessory use, with standards and conditions stating where and how wind energy systems may be sited. The amendments also establish community solar gardens as primary uses on a conditional basis.
