License Fee Increases
After an unplanned delay, the license fee increases in the 2023 Saint Paul City budget, adopted in December of 2022, will become effective October 15, 2023. The new fees can be found here.
Looking to 2024, there are no license fee increases in the Mayor’s proposed 2024 Saint Paul City budget.
