Overview
Pedicab Vehicle: A nonmotorized three-wheel bicycle used to carry passengers for hire or similar vehicle with an electric motor that meets the requirements for an electric-assisted bicycle.
See Chapter 375 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code for information about Pedicab Vehicle License. Application Requirements You must submit the following:

- Required fee
- (1) Possess a valid drivers' license;
- (2) Be a minimum of eighteen (18) years old;
- (3) Shall not have been convicted of a felony within the past five (5) years;
- (4) Shall have no more than three (3) moving violations within the past three (3) years;
- (5) Shall not have been convicted of careless driving, reckless driving or any violation of Minn. Stat. § 169A (driving while impaired) within the past three (3) years
