The following options are available for bill payment:

Online

Saint Paul Regional Water Services offers convenient online bill payments. Access is fast, easy, safe, and free.
You will need your customer and account numbers to access your account.

Credit Card

By telephone: 651-266-6350 (24/7), online (24/7), or in person at 1900 Rice Street, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday at 1900 Rice Street, Saint Paul, MN 55113
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards.

Money Order or Check

In person, by return mail with your bill stub, or in our drop box.
The drop box is in the visitor parking area at 1900 Rice St and is available 24 hours a day.

Automatic Direct Payment Plan

Have the amount of your bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. Every billing period, a statement is mailed showing the amount that will be deducted from your account and when. There is no charge for this service.
To sign up, follow the instructions on the automatic bill payment application (PDF - 300KB), or call customer service at 651-266-6350 to request an application.
Make sure you select "Direct Pay" as your automatic bill payment option.

Automatic Monthly Manager Plan

A fixed monthly payment is calculated based on your average water usage over the last 12 months. The fixed payment is deducted each month you’re your checking or savings account. An excellent tool for budgeting your monthly expenses.
Every three months you’ll receive a report showing your actual consumption.
Once a year we will recalculate your monthly payment based on actual water used. Available to quarterly customers only. There is no charge for this service.
