Overview

Situated on a half-acre plot of land in the West Seventh neighborhood, Dousman Park's small playground is perfect for parents with small toddlers wanting to get out and play. A nearby bench and picnic table as well as plenty shade from trees provides provide opportunities to sit back and enjoy the day.

Dickerman Park

Donated to the city in 1909, Dickerman Park is a quarter-mile stretch of land located along the north side of University Avenue between Fairview Avenue and Aldine Street. Recent improvements include new concrete walks, plaza space, lighting, seating, bike racks, native plantings, and lawn within the 1.1 acre park. Depot Tot Lot

Overview

Formerly referred to as the Fourth and Sibley Tot Lot, Depot Tot Lot received its new name in time for the opening of the nearby Green Line. The name also reflects the transportation theme found throughout the park. 

Cleveland Circle

About Cleveland Circle

Challenging the paradigm of park design, Cleveland Circle spruces up the northwest entrance of the Xcel Energy Center with three beautiful public gardens and open lawns. The three gardens and lawns occupy their own corners of the busy intersection.

Chestnut Plaza

About Chestnut Plaza

Bordering the Mississippi River just south of the Science Museum of Minnesota, Chestnut Plaza is a beautifully designed public space melding together several serene elements: a modern fountain, warm brick pavers, medium-sized trees, and carved stone benches. Those using the Sam Morgan Regional Trail will find the setting to be a welcome stop.

Summit Overlook Park

Summit Overlook, named for its position overlooking Ramsey Street, is a triangular-shaped park adjacent to the similarly shaped Nathan Hale Park. While its neighboring park contains a statue of an American hero, Summit Overlook is home to a statue of America's icon known as New York Eagle.

Landmark Plaza

The perfect compliment to the historic Landmark Center, Landmark Plaza beautifies downtown Saint Paul with vibrant green lawns and scene-setting trees. The plaza connects to both Hamm Memorial Park and Rice Park and is home to several bronze Peanuts statues.

Wells Fargo WinterSkate
