City of Saint Paul kicks off 2022 Right Track Season

Partners are still needed to host or support youth internships this summer

SAINT PAUL - The City of Saint Paul has officially kicked off the 2022 Right Track summer internship season and is accepting applications for the youth employment and training program. Interested youth can apply online at stpaul.gov/RightTrack.

Right Track provides paid summer learning opportunities to Saint Paul youth ages 14 – 21 who live in a cost-burdened household or have a barrier to employment. Most internships begin on June 21 and run 6-9 weeks, depending on the position. All applications must be received by February 28.

Right Track is still seeking partners to host or support youth internships this summer. Right Track provides training and support for both the youth participants and the businesses who commit to hosting an intern/interns over the summer. Businesses interested in learning more about how to host or support an intern can contact the Right Track team at 651-266-6363 or Right.Track@ci.stpaul.mn.us, or visit the website at stpaul.gov/RightTrack

Right Track will continue to closely monitor Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines to inform all future decisions related to the 2022 program. Youth and employers must adhere to current public health guidance. Additional information will be provided as needed.

For more information or to apply please visit our website at stpaul.gov/RightTrack.
