PAULIE is back online, now including 20+ years of data imported from previous City systems. This milestone reflects a significant amount of preparation and coordination across departments. Most of all, we’d like to thank PAULIE users for your patience throughout this process.
What’s Available Now
City staff combed through thousands of records to ensure accuracy. Thanks to their combined efforts, the following are now available:
- Applications submitted before the July 2025 digital security incident, as City staff finish reconciling them in the system (ongoing)
- Historic permit, license, fire certificate of occupancy, zoning, and complaint information from throughout the City of Saint Paul
What's Not Available Yet
Over the coming weeks, staff will continue to reconcile data for accuracy and functionality in PAULIE. Historical records will continue to become available as they’re checked, loaded into the system, and verified by City staff.
What's Next?
