Registration open for Saint Paul Police Department Clergy Academy

Are you a member of the clergy and want to know more about the department that serves your community?

The Saint Paul Police Department is now accepting applications for the 2019 Clergy Police Academy and invites clergy of every faith-based community in the City of Saint Paul to join for an inside look of the department.

This is a free opportunity to learn how Saint Paul police officers do their job, ask questions, and discover ministry and volunteer opportunities.

Applicants:

  • Must be a member of the clergy.
  • Must reside of lead a faith community in the City of Saint Paul.

The one-day academy will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 30. at the Richard H. Rowan Training Center (600 N. Lafayette Rd.).

If you are interested in learning about the various divisions within the department, interacting with officers, understanding policies and more, the department encourages you to sign up.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, May 28. Attendance is limited.
