- Pre-Proposal Conference (Non-mandatory): Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Como Regional Park Pool
- Pre-Proposal Conference (Non-mandatory): Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Phalen Beach
