Description
Annapolis Street from Robert Street to Kansas Avenue will be reconstructed in 2024. This project will include:
- Reconstruction of existing pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalks
- Storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain replacements and repairs
- Stormwater management features to meet local and state stormwater requirements
- Intersection improvements at the Annapolis Street, Dodd Road, and Charlton Street intersection
- Signage, lighting and signal improvements
- New bike lanes, requiring parking removal on north side of Annapolis
- New trees and boulevards

- Annapolis Street from Smith Avenue to Robert Street (Phase 1)
- Annapolis Street from Robert Street to Kansas Avenue (Phase 2)
Timeline
Community engagement began in 2021. Construction for Phase 1 from Smith Avenue to Robert Street will begin in 2023. Construction for Phase 2 from Robert Street to Kansas Avenue will begin in 2024.
