In order to maintain the security and control of the inventory of the costly, essential items and evidence stored in the property room, a restriction on the number of persons allowed admittance to the area must be established. No one will be allowed inside the property room unless given specific permission by the property room supervisor, except the administrative team, and members of the inspections unit will be allowed entry for purposes of inspecting procedures and inventory records.
