The cut off to register to speak at the Public Hearing Session was Tuesday at noon. If there are more registrations received than spaces available, a random drawing will be held to determine who will get to speak. If selected, you will receive an instructional email by 6pm on Tuesday with the necessary information to participate. Only those registrants who are selected will be allowed to speak at the requested hearing.
If you are not selected, the Council encourages you to submit your comments through email (Contact-Council@ci.stpaul.mn.us), mail or voicemail (651-266-6805). All information provided in the email and voicemails will be added to the public record and reviewed by the councilmembers. (For your information, e-mails will be attached as written, voicemails will be transcribed and attached in writing.) Access to meeting information is available on the website. Offerings include meeting videos, agendas, minutes, and documents.
