Enjoy public art, live music and scenic views from the Science Museum of Minnesota to Union Depot at the River Balcony Prototyping Festival.
Saint Paul’s River Balcony will come alive with public art installations, live music, craft beer, and scenic views of the city’s most cherished natural resource. Attendees will experience 11 art installations – created by local artists – that demonstrate creative ways to connect downtown Saint Paul to the Mississippi River. This event will be held on Kellogg Boulevard in Saint Paul, with key gathering places at Union Depot, Kellogg Mall, Saint Paul City Hall, and the Science Museum of Minnesota.
The public is also invited to attend a pre-party on Friday, September 9 from 5-10 p.m. at Kellogg Mall Park.
