We are excited to announce that starting Monday, July 17, the Saint Paul Parks and Recreation forestry, permits, and general customer service offices will now be housed in one location and all parks and recreation requests can now be met using one phone number. About Forestry

The Forestry Unit manages boulevard and park tree planting, tree pruning, tree removal, stump removal, and tree diseases & pests.

Forestry's vision is to be stewards of the community forest by utilizing best management practices, by implementing innovative design solutions, and by increasing community awareness and engagement in order to preserve and enhance the quality and function of the community forest.
