Green Line Accessory Dwelling Unit Zoning Text Amendment

The Saint Paul Planning Commission held a public hearing on Zoning Code text amendments that modify language related to accessory building and use, define accessory dwelling unit, set standards and conditions for this use, and designate accessory dwelling unit as a permitted accessory use in zoning districts R1 – R4, RT1 – RT2, RM1 – RM2, and T1 – T3 within one-half mile of University Avenue between Emerald Street and Marion Street on February 5, 2016.
