Construction Scheduled to Start October 2nd

Sidewalk work is currently scheduled to start October 2nd and be completed by November 15th, 2023, weather permitting. Prior to the beginning of the project, residents should start seeing equipment and No Parking signs in the area.

Once construction begins, east-west travel on Case will be closed.  Residents can drive across Case at the intersections.

Parking will be restricted on Arkwright with a lane shift to the west.  Access to Arkwright from the east will also be limited.  Please anticipate using other streets such as Cook or Maryland.

    New Sidewalks: No Salt

Please refrain from using salt to remove ice on new concrete installed this year.  Salt will harm newly installed concrete and increase freeze/thaw cycles which can do further damage.

We appreciate your assistance in helping maintain the new sidewalks.
