A completed septic packet filled out by a Minnesota Pollution Control Agency certified maintainer and/or inspector with a $20 fee and a completed well water analysis report from a Minnesota Department of Health certified laboratory with a $10 fee can be sent to City of Saint Paul -DSI 375 Jackson Street #220 Saint Paul, MN 55101.
