SPRWS Training Coordinator

SPRWS is hiring an individual to perform full-performance professional work coordinating the training and development program for field operations staff. This includes developing, delivering, and tracking technical, safety, regulatory, and operational training; overseeing workplace injury and vehicle accident reporting; collaborating with supervisors and safety professionals; and evaluating and improving training effectiveness to support workforce development and regulatory compliance.
