About Capitol View Park

Named for its view of the Minnesota State Capitol, Capitol View Park sits adjacent to the Smith Avenue Bridge high atop the bluffs. Visitors are also treated to stunning views of the Cathedral of Saint Paul, the Mississippi River, and downtown Saint Paul.
