   Picnic Permit Rates & Fees

   Pavilions, picnic shelters, and other buildings are available to rent at these beautiful Saint Paul parks. Select a location below to view rates, fees, amenities, and other information.

   • Como Regional Park (1 picnic shelter, 1 pavilion, 1 event building)
   • Crosby Farm Regional Park (1 picnic shelter)

   • Highland Park (1 picnic shelter, 1 pavilion, 1 booya shed)
   • Lilydale Regional Park (1 picnic shelter - non-reservable)
   • Newell Park (1 picnic shelter, 1 event building)
   • Phalen Regional Park (1 picnic shelter, 1 pavilion, 1 amphitheater)

4. Other Permits

   Boulevard Tree Permits

   All maintenance work being performed on public boulevard trees requires a free permit issued by Saint Paul Forestry. For more information, call Forestry at 651-266-6400, or visit the boulevard tree permit webpage.

   Fossil Hunting

   Requests for fossil hunting permits are not being accepted at this time. No fossil hunting is allowed as fossil grounds are currently closed.
