Planning a Large Event on Park Property

Hosting a large festival or major community event? Saint Paul Parks and Recreation parks can accommodate events with more than 1,000 attendees per day in select locations designed for high-capacity gatherings. Large-scale events require additional planning, coordination, and permitting to ensure smooth operations, safety, and minimal impact on park spaces and surrounding neighborhoods.

Start the event planning process by completing the large event proposal form

For events with over 1000 attendees/day start by completing the Large Event Proposal Form and our staff will guide you through the process to help bring your large event to life in one of Saint Paul’s vibrant park settings. For events with less than 1000 attendees/day, fill out the Small Event Proposal Form.
