The following Workplace Conduct Policy and Procedures have been added to this website with two primary audiences in mind.

  • As an employee of the City of Saint Paul, you should become familiar with the Workplace Conduct Policy. This policy applies to all employees; please read it carefully and be aware of the expectations and requirements it places on you and your coworkers.
  • The second audience is all employees who are charged with the supervision and management of other City employees and volunteers. As an employee who is responsible for the supervision and management of other City employees, it is part of your job responsibilities to be thoroughly conversant in all aspects of the Workplace Conduct Policy, as well as the Workplace Conduct Policy Procedures. This policy places certain responsibilities on you and requires that you take specific actions when you believe this policy has been violated. Every employee that you are responsible for should have a copy of this policy; if they do not, you may print this document and distribute it to them with a copy of the Acknowledgement Form.
