Size: 21 members Saint Paul Residency: A majority of the members must be Saint Paul residents

Powers & Duties

  • Hears and determines discrimination complaints
  • Serves in an advisory capacity to the Human Rights Director
  • Reviews the performance of the Human Rights Director
  • Determines if a violation of the Human Rights Ordinance has occurred
  • Serves as the Fair Housing Council
