Duties
- Rendering all explosive devices and chemicals safe
- Investigating all bombings and fire bombings in the City of Saint Paul
- Emergency responding throughout the state of Minnesota for bombing-type incidents
- Safety training of all sworn personnel in explosives and hazardous materials
