SAINT PAUL, MN – Mayor Kaohly Her announced the following appointment to her administration:
 
Jennifer O’Rourke - Director, Intergovernmental Relations
Jennifer O'Rourke
Jennifer is an analytical and relational thinker who brings years of experience bridging divides and building strong relationships with policymakers to deliver both big and small wins for the people she represents. As a leader in the Administrations of Mayor R.T. Rybak, Governor Mark Dayton, and, most recently, Ramsey County, Jennifer knows what it takes to move the needle in an executive office and tackle tough issues at the local, state, and federal levels. 
 
Jennifer will bring strong relations and a firm commitment to collaboration to help the city accomplish our critical legislative agenda at the State Capitol.
 
Jennifer’s work experience includes the Minnesota Senate, the Metropolitan Council, the League of Minnesota Cities, the Office of Governor Mark Dayton, the Office of Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak, and Ramsey County.
