EVENT 1240 - RFP-PED-CDBG-CDBG/ESG COMPLIANCE MONITORING

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain fixed price proposals from firms to provide comprehensive monitoring, reporting and assessment for with up to four (4) individual activities for each CDBG project not to exceed 20 total activities, and provide oversight monitoring of Ramsey County’s administration of ESG funded activities on behalf of the City of Saint Paul. In addition, the chosen vendor will identify compliance areas, schedule site visits, review project files, compose desk reviews, and perform on-site reviews, including interviews. In addition, the vendor will originate customized form letters, checklists, and reports. These will be made available for the City’s benefit and the vendor will provide all review results to the City for final determination of project compliance.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) is requesting bids to establish one or multiple Master Contracts for rental and placement of temporary traffic control items for projects involving water main repairs and replacement of lead water service lines.  Projects may be located throughout the SPRWS service area within the cities of Maplewood, Saint Paul, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, West St Paul, Mendota Heights, and Mendota.  Projects may involve federal funding in the form of American Rescue Plan Act and the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority sources.

 

EVENT 1245 - RFP-SPRWS-ARPA-WATER QUALITY SAMPLING FOR POST LEAD REPLACEMENT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) is seeking proposals for the supply and distribution of pitcher filters in addition to post-construction water sampling for its customers as part of the “Lead-Free St. Paul” lead service line replacement project. SPRWS is seeking a full-service proposal which will entail direct-to-customer distribution of pitcher filters and water sample bottles. Water samples would be collected by the Proposer to complete water quality analysis and provide SPRWS with the collected data.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of St. Paul desires to update software and processes through the purchase or acquire the rights to use an EA Modernization System that meets the requirements identified in this RFP. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: With this Request for Qualifications (RFQU), the Port Authority requests qualification packages from:

–Environmental consulting firms

–Civil engineering firms

–Grant assistance firms

Based on the qualification packages received from this RFQU, the Port Authority will select 2-5 firms from each discipline to provide assistance on current and future Port Authority projects receiving EPA/federal funding. Selected firms will not be guaranteed work and will be required to submit proposals for professional services contracts on a project-by-project basis based on the actual required scope of work. Selected firms will be eligible for a period of three to five years or until the next routine RFQU solicitation.

 

EVENT 1242 - BVA-PW-EDGCUMBE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Friday, March 3, 2023, at 4:00 PM CST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various contracting firms to perform construction services in 2023 for the Edgecumbe Road Reconstruction project.  This project will fully reconstruct the corridor from St. Paul Avenue to Fairview Avenue.  The roadway length is approximately 0.35 mile, has an ADT of 9,650. The corridor serves multiple modes of transportation.

Construction work includes utility work, grading, curb and gutter work, installation of stormwater management treatments, paving, signage/striping, lighting, landscaping, and sidewalk work.  The utility work includes watermain replacement, sanitary and storm sewer upgrades and coordinating work with private utilities.

EVENT 1251 - RFP-PARKS-MANAGEMENT PARTNER FOR HARRIET ISLAND SHOWBOAT
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Friday, March 10, 2023, at 4:00 PM CST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, through its Department of Parks and Recreation, is seeking a qualified management partner for the Harriet Island Showboat Dock and Ticket Building.

A successful submission would be able to fulfill the Parks and Recreation Department’s mission to facilitate the creation of active lifestyles, vibrant places, and a vital environment through creativity, innovation, and connections.  The city would be successful finding a partner or partners who would bring the following strategies and resources to the Showboat Dock: 

•A vision that makes the Mississippi River a central focus of guests’ experience.

•An operational plan that demonstrates an open, welcoming, and accessible environment for the community while showing a sustainable business model.

•A vision for diversifying and expanding affordable recreational activities on Harriet Island, that will attract a broad range of users.

•A community spirit that sees the opportunities to host groups and classes and welcome people onto the river.

•A vision that improves the riverside experience and creates a four-season asset for neighbors and residents

There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit scheduled on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023, at 10:30 AM CST at Harriet Island Showboat Dock located at 110 Harriet Island Rd, St Paul, MN 55107. The Conference and Site Visit is not mandatory.
