EVENT 849 - RFP - SPRWS - A FLOW CYTOMETER SYSTEM WITH AUTO SAMPLER

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Saint Paul Regional Water Services is seeking proposals to provide a Flow Cytometer System with Auto Sampler including automatic Cells and Particles Counting Feature.

EVENT 850 - RFB-PW-SUMMIT AVENUE BRIDGE
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Friday, August 23, 2019 at 2:00:00 PM CST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Summit Avenue Bridge No. 62652 will be a 221-foot long prestressed precast concrete beam bridge over Ayd Mill Road and CP Railroad, replacing existing Bridge No. 62504. In addition to bridge reconstruction, the project will reconstruct approach roadway between Syndicate Street and Griggs Street. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held in Conference Room 901 at the City Hall Annex 9th Floor, 25 W. 4th Street, St. Paul, MN 55102 on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at 10:00am.  

Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation hereby notifies all bidders:

"It is hereby agreed between the parties that Minnesota Statute, section 363A.36 and Minnesota Rules, parts 5000.3400 to 5000.3600 are incorporated into any contract between these parties based on this specification or any modification of it. A copy of Minnesota Statute 363A.36 and Minnesota Rules, parts 5000.3400 to 5000.3600 is available upon request from the contracting agency."

"It is hereby agreed between the parties that this agency will require affirmative action requirements be met by contractors in relation to Minnesota Statute 363A.36 and Minnesota Rules 5000.3600. Failure by a contractor to implement an affirmative action plan or make a good faith effort shall result in revocation of its certificate or revocation of the contract (Minnesota Statute 363A.36, Subd. 2 and 3)."

A minimum goal of 7% Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.

A bid bond of 5% is required.

EVENT 854 - RFB - PW - 2019 CITYWIDE SEWER REPAIRS
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 24, 2019 at 2:00:00 PM CST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 2019 Citywide Sewer Repairs Project: Storm and sanitary sewer repairs (by excavation) at 4 locations in Saint Paul. Some major work items include: Remove Trench Pavement, Excavate and Dispose of Contaminated Soils, Sewer Trench Dewatering, Backfill, etc.  A 5% bid bond is required.

EVENT 858 - RFB - PW - SNELLING JUNO SEWER CLEANING & TELEVISING
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 2:00:00 PM CST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To clean, televise, document and provide a condition evaluation.  A 5% bid bond is required.

EVENT 859 - RFB - PW - MISSISSIPPI RIVER BLVD INTERCEPTOR CLEANING PROJECT
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 2:00:00 PM CST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project includes removal and disposal of debris from sanitary interceptor tunnel, seal fractures, and tuckpoint maintenance hole bricks.  A 5% bid bond is required.
