EVENT 669 - RFP - PED - FORD DESIGN STUDY 
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Friday, August 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

The City of St. Paul Planning and Economic Development Department (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified design firms to provide design standards for the Ford Site.

EVENT 697 - RFQ - DSI - DEMO FOR 1757 SHERIDAN AVE
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Friday, August 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

The Department of Safety and Inspection is seeking quotes for the demolition of 1757 Sheridan Ave., St. Paul, MN.

EVENT 684 - RFP - SPRWS - MOBILE WORKFORCE SOLUTION
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation for Vendors to submit a proposal for a complete mobile workforce solution for Saint Paul Regional Water Services.

EVENT 685 - RFB - PW - WILSON AVE MILL AND OVERLAY
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Project shall consist of milling existing pavement and bituminous overlay.

EVENT 692 - RFP - SPRWS - PLC SYSTEM UPGRADES AT MCCARRONS
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation for Vendors to submit a proposal to provide Programmable Logical Controller upgrades and programming, and emergency maintenance on the existing SCADA system, for Saint Paul Regional Water Services.

EVENT 694 - RFQ - PW - RELIEF WELL MAINTENANCE
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for relief well inspection and operation to assure operational adequacy for five existing wells. The five existing relief wells are in place to provide underseepage relief during high water events.

EVENT 682 - RFB - PARKS - JIMMY LEE PLAY AREA
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Project shall consist of demolition including removal of curbs, paving, play surfacing, site furnishings, trees and plantings.  Work also include site grading, base of poured-in-place surfacing, curbs, paving, furnishings, and landscape work. 

EVENT 693 - RFQ - PW - ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Work includes improvements to the east-west alley in the Bernheimer and Arnold Addition, Block 6, Lots 1-12, (bounded by Fuller/Aurora/Western/Virginia) by grading and paving with bituminous material.

EVENT 677 - RFP- PW - COMO AVE TRAIL PROJECT
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

The City of St. Paul department of Public Works, Parks and Ramsey County, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design and implement trail, sidewalk, and bikeway improvements along Como Avenue between Raymond Avenue and Hamline Avenue.

EVENT 681 - RFB - PW - SNELLING PASCAL IMPROVEMENTS
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Contract for labor and materials for Pascal-Snelling roadway improvements. Work to consist of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, traffic signals, concrete flatwork, water main, drainage structures and sewers.

EVENT 686- RFB - FIRE - PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENTS
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Project shall consist of replacement of a portion of the existing roofing membrane and insulation in some areas of the existing roofs flat roofs at two locations.  Scope will also include caulking replacement and metal flashing repair as required.

EVENT 698 - RFQ - PARKS - DRY SPRINKLER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Work consist of removing the existing piping and replacing of dry sprinkler mains, lines, and heads.  Mains are to be scheduled 10 and lines are scheduled 40. 

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Quote Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 1:00 PM CST onsite at 1295 Jessamine Ave W, Saint Paul, MN 55108.

EVENT 654- RFB - PW - MARGARET PEDESTRIAN AND BIKE SAFETY IMPROVEMENT
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST.

Work to consist of concrete curb and gutter, traffic circles, sidewalks, storm sewer and bituminous trail paving.

Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation hereby notifies all bidders:

A minimum goal of 13.9% Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
