EVENT 668 - RFP - PARKS - LILYDALE PICNIC PAVILION DESIGN & ADMIN
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 02:00:00 PM CST.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of St. Paul Parks and Recreation Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek qualified design firms to provide design and construction administration services for the creation of a new open-air pavilion at Lilydale Regional Park.

EVENT 648 - RFB - SPRWS - CARBON DIOXIDE STORAGE AT LAGOON FIELD
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 02:00:00 PM CST.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint Paul on behalf of Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) is requesting bids to establish a Master Contract to provide a liquid Carbon Dioxide (CO2) storage and feed system for Lagoon Field Project. System will be located outdoors in Maplewood, Minnesota with no shading of the equipment. 

A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM CST. Please meet at the outdoor facility located at 21 East Roselawn Ave, Maplewood, MN 55117.

EVENT 669 - RFP - PED - FORD DESIGN STUDY

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of St. Paul Planning and Economic Development Department (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified design firms to provide design standards for the Ford Site.  

EVENT 670 - RFB - PARKS - COMO SEAL CONSTRUCTION - REBIDS
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 02:00:00 PM CST.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The work consists of six (6) construction packages including: Structural steel & Metal Fabrications, Multiscope, Roofing, Painting, Concrete Paving, and Site Fencing, for the new outdoor Seal and Sea Lion Exhibit along with Amphitheater, Viewing Pavilion, Filtration building, Concessions building, Public Restroom, and addition to the existing Marine Mammals building.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM CST on site at 1225 Estabrook Dr, St Paul, MN 55103. We will meet on the 2nd floor of the visitor center before walking the site.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of St. Paul, Public Works Department is seeking bids for an asphalt paver.

EVENT 651 - RFB - PW - GRAND AVE PED AND BIKE SAFETY IMPROVEMENT
EVENT CLOSE DATE & TIME: Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 02:00:00 PM CST.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Work to consist of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, driveway aprons, outwalks, landscaping, drainage structures and sewers.

Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

READ CAREFULLY THE WAGE SCALES AND DIVISION A OF THE SPECIAL PROVISIONS AS THEY AFFECT THIS/THESE PROJECT/PROJECTS

The Minnesota Department of Transportation hereby notifies all bidders:

"It is hereby agreed between the parties that this agency will require affirmative action requirements be met by contractors in relation to Minnesota Statute 363A.36 and Minnesota Rules 5000.3600. Failure by a contractor to implement an affirmative action plan or make a good faith effort shall result in revocation of its certificate or revocation of the contract (Minnesota Statute 363A.36, Subd. 2 and 3)."

A minimum goal of 7.7% Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
