Payne Phalen Sidewalk Infill

Concrete work has been completed on the west side of Duluth Street, the west side of Cypress Street, and the west side of Frank Street from York Avenue to Case Avenue (except the parking lot for the apartment building).

After Xfinity moves their lines to the new power poles, Xcel Electric can remove the old poles:
     - Removals and excavation will then begin on the east side of Frank Street, south of Case Avenue

Tree removal on Frank Street also requires Xcel Electric involvement:
     - The anticipated schedule for Xcel Electric is Monday, May 24
     - Once this work is completed, the project will begin the necessary excavation(s)

Asphalt restoration is expected for the early half of next week, once the driveway apron is ready for traffic.

Most of the traffic control on Duluth, Cypress, and Frank Streets will remain in place for restoration work.

Remaining asphalt restoration on the west side of Duluth Street and the east side of Cypress Street is expected to be completed by the earlier half of next week:
     - Traffic Control on Cypress Street will switch to the west side early next week, with Monday being targeted
     - Work will then begin on the west side of Cypress Street

The west side of Frank Street is progressing with driveway crossings and driveway aprons poured, as well as several pedestrian ramps:
     - Concrete pours continue on the west side of Frank Street for the next few days and are expected to be close to finished by mid-next week
