Rec Check is a free after-school and summer program for youth in grades 1–5 provided at various recreation center sites. Rec Check is open for youth who live or attend school in Saint Paul. S'more Fun   Recreation for Preschoolers

In order to help you stay connected, healthy, and active, we have launched a webpage where you can stay up-to-date with all of our in-person, digital, and alternative programming options. Visit the Rec Reimagined webpage often for the latest virtual programs, activity ideas, and other ways to live an active lifestyle and stay connected to nature in our parks, at home, and in your own back yard. Saint Paul Parks & Recreation Municipal Athletics offers a variety of athletic opportunities throughout the year for all ages and abilities.

Fitness Center memberships cost just $30/year for adults who live or work in Saint Paul and provide access to all thirteen recreation center fitness rooms.
