Earned Sick and Safe Time Employee Complaints
HREEO is responsible for resolving employee ESST complaints. If you believe your rights have been violated, complete the ESST Complaint Form and submit it to the Labor Standards unit. After receiving the ESST complaint form, a city staff member will follow up with the complainant within five (5) business days.
