Project Description

Since the conclusion of the Victoria Park Master Plan Process, the City of St. Paul has completed site improvements including the Stewart Avenue road and parking lot, trails, landscaping and signage. In partnership with Capitol Region Watershed District (CRWD), the next phase is to develop a unique stormwater feature that is functional, attractive, educational, and a source of community pride within Victoria Park!

Project Background

The Victoria Park Master Plan process led to the design of a new 40.4 acre park for the West 7th Street neighborhood, and provided critical connections to the Mississippi River, Sam Morgan Regional Trail, and Crosby Regional Park.
