
Arlington Hills Community Center
Arlington Hills Community Center is a joint facility run by Saint Paul Parks and Recreation and the Saint Paul Public Library. The community center includes a library, fitness center, Createch Studio teen center, after-school programs, open gym, tot-time, athletics, field rentals, rental space for parties, meetings, and events, and so much more.
Face masks are welcome but not required.
Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter has lifted the masking requirement for staff and visitors in City-controlled facilities. Face masks are welcome and will be available for anyone wishing to wear one. Visitors are still encouraged to maintain distance from others when possible, to wash hands frequently, and to stay home if feeling sick.

The Saint Paul City Council today voted to authorize $6 million in funding to construct a new .87-acre park in downtown Saint Paul, which is expected to break ground next summer. The approved funding, comprised of existing General Fund and City Bond Funds, leaves $1.5 million remaining to be privately fundraised. Construction of new downtown park set to begin Summer 2024.
