
Arlington Hills Community Center
Arlington Hills Community Center is a joint facility run by Saint Paul Parks and Recreation and the Saint Paul Public Library. The community center includes a library, fitness center, Createch Studio teen center, after-school programs, open gym, tot-time, athletics, field rentals, rental space for parties, meetings, and events, and so much more.
Face masks are welcome but not required.
Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter has lifted the masking requirement for staff and visitors in City-controlled facilities. Face masks are welcome and will be available for anyone wishing to wear one. Visitors are still encouraged to maintain distance from others when possible, to wash hands frequently, and to stay home if feeling sick.

Saint Paul City Council Approves Summit Avenue Regional Trail Plan
The Saint Paul City Council last night voted 6-1 to approve the Summit Avenue Regional Trail Plan. The plan will now go to the Metropolitan Council for final review and approval to guide future transportation, pedestrian, and parkway improvements within the 5.4-mile corridor that runs from Mississippi River Boulevard to Shepard Road via Summit Avenue and Kellogg Boulevard.
