PED Zoning and Planning Commission
Please note, there are two zoning offices in St. Paul. One in the Department of Safety and Inspections, another in Planning and Economic Development (PED). PED Zoning responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and making recommendations to the Planning Commission on amendments to the Zoning Code
- Determinations of similar use, conditional uses, nonconforming uses, and rezoning
- Reviewing subdivisions of land, which are administrative or go directly to the City Council
