  • Ord 26-16 - Granting the application of Xcel Energy to rezone property at 325 Commercial St from H1 Residential to I1 Light Industrial and amending Chapter 60 of the Legislative Code pertaining to the Zoning Map.
  • Ord 26-28 - Granting the application of AuMer Development Group to rezone property at 213 Bates Avenue from H2 Residential to T1 Traditional Neighborhood and amending Chapter 60 of the Legislative Code pertaining to the zoning map.
  • Ord 25-4 - Amending Title IV of the Saint Paul Administrative Code to add Chapter 92, titled Tree Preservation for City Sponsored Construction Projects.
  • Ord 26-32 - Amending Appendix C of the Legislative Code relating to Northern States Power, D/B/A Xcel Energy, Electric Franchise.
  • Ord 26-33 - Amending Appendix B of the Legislative Code relating to Northern States Power, D/B/A Xcel Energy, Gas Franchise.
  • Ord 26-36 (effective September 13, 2026) - Adding Chapter 86.13 to the Administrative Code to require City Council approval of Mixed Municipal Solid Waste contracts.
  • Ord 26-35 (effective September 16, 2026) - Amending Chapter 65 of the Legislative Code pertaining to golf courses.
  • Ord 26-38 (effective October 5, 2026) - Administrative Ordinance establishing a Qualifications and Examining Committee for the position of Fire Chief pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.01(a) of the Administrative Code and Section 12.12.1 of the Saint Paul City Charter.
  • Ord 26-31 (effective January 1, 2027) - Amending Section 224.05(c) of the Legislative Code to eliminate the City’s provisional 90-day minimum wage rate in the City of Saint Paul for workers between the ages of 14 and 17.
