  • Ord 25-4 - Amending Title IV of the Saint Paul Administrative Code to add Chapter 92, titled Tree Preservation for City Sponsored Construction Projects.
  • Ord 26-32 - Amending Appendix C of the Legislative Code relating to Northern States Power, D/B/A Xcel Energy, Electric Franchise.
  • Ord 26-33 - Amending Appendix B of the Legislative Code relating to Northern States Power, D/B/A Xcel Energy, Gas Franchise.

  • Ord 26-46 (effective November 19, 2026) - Amending Chapter 51.01 of the Administrative Code, titled Disposition of City Property, Authority and procedure, to allow for conveyance of real property used by the Saint Paul Regional Water Services, to the Board of Water Commissioners.
  • Ord 26-31 (effective January 1, 2027) - Amending Section 224.05(c) of the Legislative Code to eliminate the City’s provisional 90-day minimum wage rate in the City of Saint Paul for workers between the ages of 14 and 17.
