These ordinances are in full effect unless otherwise noted, in which case their effective date will be listed.   • Ord 25-31 - Creating Chapter 193 of the Legislative Code (Title XIX) pertaining to Tenant Protections.
  • Ord 26-16 - Granting the application of Xcel Energy to rezone property at 325 Commercial St from H1 Residential to I1 Light Industrial and amending Chapter 60 of the Legislative Code pertaining to the Zoning Map.
  • Ord 26-17 - Administrative Ordinance establishing the minimum qualifications for the vacancy for the position of Fire Chief pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.12.1 of the City Charter.
  • Ord 26-18 - Amending Section 193.04 of the Legislative Code (Title XIX) to temporarily extend the pre-eviction notice period in Section 193.04 from 30-days to 60-days.
  • Ord 26-19 - Adding Ch. 44A to the Administrative Code to institute training, reporting, and programming related to the City’s relationship with civil immigration laws and enforcement practices under Administrative Code Chapter 44.
  • Ord 26-20 - Deleting Chapter 54 of the Legislative Code (Title VI) pertaining to Rental Application Fees.
  • Ord 26-21 - Updating Chapter 13 of the Administrative Code (Title I) pertaining to Department of Safety and Inspections.
  • Ord 26-25 - Amending Chapter 66 of the Legislative Code to correct a scrivener’s error related to allowing additional lot coverage for providing functional green roof space.
  • Ord 26-26 - Updating Chapter 310 of the Legislative Code (Title XXIX) pertaining to Uniform License Procedures to extend payment of license renewal fees owed in calendar year 2026.
  • Ord 26-28 (effective July 26, 2026) - Granting the application of AuMer Development Group to rezone property at 213 Bates Avenue from H2 Residential to T1 Traditional Neighborhood and amending Chapter 60 of the Legislative Code pertaining to the zoning map.
  • Ord 25-4 (effective August 22, 2026) - Amending Title IV of the Saint Paul Administrative Code to add Chapter 92, titled Tree Preservation for City Sponsored Construction Projects.
